The Turukhtanny Islands terminal will be able to welcome ships with a draft of up to 10.5 meters

Marine oil terminal “Turukhtanny Islands" will be able to welcome ships with a draft of up to 10.5 meters in autumn 2023, after three new berths are put into operation and dredging works are completed.

The dredging works in the water area of the terminal are completed. Underway is the dredging in the access canals and in the turning basin — some 60 cbm of material is to be dredged there.

The company has obtained a permit from RF Transport Ministry to put into operation an artificial plot of land and three berths. The registration of the new facilities by the cadastral administration of the federal registration service Roseestr is at the final stage.

When the project is implemented, the Turukhtanny Islands terminal will be able to reach its design capacity of 4 million tonnes per year.
